Unreasonable

Me he sentido tocado por Seth Godin, cuando propone que no seas razonable. Por eso le he mandado mi propuesta, resumen del artículo de hace un par de días:

it's unreasonable to land in a new job position and instead of creating more bureaucracy and looking for justifications for this position to exist forever, to teach the people working for you to be more independent and deciding by themselves; this could lead to making your position unnecessary in the future, but you could say that 1) you accomplished something by making the organization more efficient and 2) you would be free for superior tasks.
